Reception Customer Satisfaction Survey- Due to Covid-19 Pandemic the practice is currently operating differently to protect both staff and patients. Therefore our receptionist have been asked to follow new guidelines with all of our appointments being telephone triage initially. The GP then makes a decision if the patient needs to be seen face to face. We are currently working through challenging times and want to continue providing a good level of customer service from our Receptionists.
