We asked... "Can you tell us why you gave that response?"
a phone appointment was booked 3weeks ago the receptionist was told that my phone would only accept a call from the number ending 008. the doctor rang 15minutes later than booked and called from a number ending 006. I then tried to ring the surgery and failed to get anyone to answer the phone

Difficult to get an appointment, unhelpful reception staff, poor prescription ordering system- was asked to attend the practice to put a request in writing as it would not appear on the online system and the receptionist would not take the request on the phone.

On the whole the practice performs extremely well within the restrictions of the NHS guide lines and funding.
Doctors must guard against transmitting their frustrations with the system and their own lack of support through to their patients.
