the phone is always engaged 8am-9am then very hard to get an appointment

Better access for appointments as it is virtually impossible to access by phone in the morning and better access to the doctor of your choice

I would appreciate a clear understanding of how the appointment system operates. I cannot understand how the next 2 weeks are full, yet I cannot book an appointment for 3 weeks hence until the following week. Why?

increase staff on the phones. It took 1 hour to get to a receptionist to make an appointment. I dallied the phone 15 times!
