Saw Heather in reception today to book an urgent appointment and she did her absolute upmost to fit me in as quickly as possible trying to fit in around my job. As someone who works in the NHS i understand the immense pressure that everyone, employees and patients, are facing. i just wanted to thank Heather and give credit where it is due.

helpful & efficient Receptionists team - they have always been very helpful on the past 3 or 4 times I have had to speak to them (to make or amend appointments; obtain information) - I have also overheard them "process" other patients (whilst I have been sitting upstairs on mezzanine floor) , including "difficult" ones , with empathy, patience and understandng.
I personally also like the Practice's use of digital information via the tv screen in the waiting room: and all the information leaflets available for common ailments.
I have also had exceptionally good care from a particular GP during past 3 months regarding an Atrial Fibrilliation health issue, involving stroke and other risk-factor guidance & including referral to cardiac clinic at Worthing Hospital - including very quick referral time.

I've been a patient at Westcourt Medical Centre since I first moved into the area in 1992 and have always received excellent care and advice. Support staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I have always been treated as quickly and fairly as possible.
The automated system and text message reminder makes it easier to book, check, cancel or have reminders of appointments, whether for a doctor or a nurse. Just wish the automated music could be changed to something new!.
