@ 11:30 asked the receptionist but she said
Just wait for your turn we can't do anything

I am housebound but was still asked to come into the surgery. I had to attend in a wheelchair and my husband found the ramp from disabled parking too steep and very difficult to push me into the surgery. The whole visit wasn't a nice experience and I think building is badly designed especially for those with walking difficulties.

Made sure that a downstairs room was available as I am unable to go upstairs because of this my appointment turned into being just under a 2 hour visit!
