Just want to say thankyou so much to nurse chai Lou had her calling back on a phone call appointment every single time she’s called she’s been a great help and really makes you feel cared and gives brilliant support and advice. Shes a lovely caring nurse absolutely brilliant in her job only if we had more people in the nhs like her who would go a mile to help. Thank you so much to her shes a great nurse and I wish her all the best in her job having her at our surgery is brilliant thankyou to her .

Phoned by Dr Chai and made appointment for 5.20 re poss dementia! Feeling relieved. I'm glad that at least one arm of the NHS is still functioning! 😘 xx

The service from the receptionist to the Advanced Practitioner was very professional was carried out in a timely manner. Chai Loh was very patient orientated. She understood all the issues perfectly. She was open and honest with a lovely, kind and relaxed manner. I was very happy with the outcome.
