Friends and Family Survey - Results

I wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation for the support your team have offered me over the years. I know it is common, nowadays, for people to quickly criticise organisations, but I feel sometimes are less likely to recognise a good, friendly, professional service, when offered up. My experiences at your surgery have always been positive, and in particular your nurses are always friendly and supportive. Following contact with your Reception yesterday, and earlier this morning, regarding repeat prescriptions, and vaccination requirements I would like to mention how friendly and helpful Charlotte has been.

Dr Tawfik was lovely, caring and compassionate. I felt really understood and listened to.

Dr Woods was lovely with me in my appointment. I felt completely calm and comfortable. Thank you!

I saw Tracey for a smear test! What a lovely lady. I live alone and ended up telling Tracey my life story and dating history, and concerns about fertility. She really listened and I felt she really cared. She could have simply given me my smear and sent me away, but I felt so much better having a general chat. Thank you so much Tracey! You really are an asset to the NHS!

I am happy with the service I receive, but find the reception area very unwelcoming with the chairs facing backwards. Also why the American voice?
