Rude receptionist (she didn't actually say goodbye, just hung up)and a particular doctor that didn't look at medical history before giving telephone advice. Treated as if they really don't care about patient health.

Complete lack of communication between surgery and patients Not being able to see the same GP Actually, who even is my GP currently? Having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment Lack of trust that the surgery "care" about my health

Because they have never let my family or me down - their care is always fully explained and followed up. Their staff are all courteous and smiley Thanks you

I saw the practice nurse Vanessa today for my 3 years olds pre school booster and Vanessa was fantastic. I have previously had a bad ecperience at another surgery.
