What you had to tell us

We asked... "Can you tell us why you gave that response?"

The treatment I receive at this practice is very thorough and I leave the surgery confident in any diagnosis that I may get for myself or my young children. Waiting times can sometimes be long, however, my feeling is that sometimes a ten minute consultation is not long enough and at least the Doctors are being thorough....better this than have to make another appointment if not feeling sure about the treatment i've been given, or a feeling of being rushed in my consultation time.

Because my doctor, Dr Sims, is an honest to goodness family GP in the old sense of the term. He is honest, tells you as it is, quite bluntly at times, but you know where you stand with him. However, it's abundantly clear that HE REALLY CARES about his patients and does his best for them. That's what makes him a very good doctor - the best.

HAVE BEEN WITH THIS SURGERY SINCE I MOVED HERE IN 1986. ALWAYS FOUND DOCTORS AND STAFF TO GIVE EXEMPLARY SERVICE, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO SEE A GP WHEN I NEED TO.
