I think the service provided at St Agnes is excellent. From a recent appointment with the doctor I was referred to the hospital, procedure carried out and back to surgery for follow-up care. Saw practice nurses twice a week for the following three weeks. A very overdue thank you.Felt very cared for and think St Agnes offer an amazing service. Sitting in the waiting room, I’ve heard how professional, kind and helpful the reception staff are too.

I’m new to the area, which brings apprehension when registering with an unknown surgery. I need not have been concerned … such a professional, friendly, practice. As busy as all staff members are, receptionist had a warm welcome, with a smile - and a doctor who listened without making me feel rushed. Thank you all!
